Friendly staff made checking in easy.

The hot water was barely lukewarm during my shower. When I reported this, they failed to fix the issue. Overall, the lack of maintenance and attention to detail was incredibly frustrating.

Enjoyed the executive king room with comfy bedding and a nice seating area. The flat-screen TV was a plus. Lots of space in the bathroom with a great shower. Towels were thick and soft. Staff was super friendly and helpful, making check-in easy. Great coffee options too!
